Amanda Roggenbuck was born and raised in Huron County and attended Harbor Beach High School. She graduated from Michigan State University and Cooley Law School. While attending Cooley, she received multiple certificates of merit for academic excellence and awards for advocacy. During her time at college and law school, she worked for State Senator Bill Schuette and State Representative Tom Meyer.

Upon graduation, she returned to the Thumb and owned and operated a thriving law practice in Cass City. Roggenbuck has served as a County Commissioner and as well as on many committees and subcommittees, including Michigan Association of Counties Agriculture and Tourism Subcommittee, which she founded and chaired; National Association of Counties Rural Action Caucus; Parks and Recreations Commission; Women of National Association of Counties; Michigan Association of Counties Judiciary Public Safety Committee; and Cooley Alumni Association. Roggenbuck has also graduated from the Michigan Political Leadership Program and Excellence in Public Service Program.

Roggenbuck is admitted to practice law in the state of Michigan, United States Eastern District Court of Michigan, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Further, she maintains certificates in Estate Planning and Family Law. During her career, Roggenbuck has served as a Probate and Family Court Judge and currently operates a multi-faceted practice that accepts a variety of cases, including family law, probate and estate, and business and real estate law, with a focus on mediation as a more productive manner to resolve issues facing clients and others in the judicial system. She enjoys getting to know clients and helping bring them peace of mind during the legal process.

Roggenbuck has served as a police academy instructor and a college instructor for various legal classes. She also maintains her real estate associate broker license and has helped buyers and sellers acquire property throughout Michigan. She enjoys the continuing education opportunities in the real estate realm and always enjoys helping clients find the perfect match to start the next chapter.

Her biggest accomplishment in life is being a mom and raising her kiddo. She loves to travel and explore new places. She enjoys learning about new cultures and loves being on the water. Home will always be the farm she grew up on just outside of Port Hope. She has a travel bucket list that she is working to fulfill including visiting all 50 states.
