Happy 2010!

Amanda RoggenbuckI want to take a few moments to thank everyone for the past year’s success. 2009 was a year of changes for everyone and a year of learning as well. I enjoyed the questions many of you submitted and really enjoy hearing from friends and family that they learned something from a column.

I look forward to continuing to answer your questions and providing helpful information in this new year. This year my law firm will be adding a new element to the practice; we have begun taking bankruptcy cases. I look forward to helping you in the upcoming year, and I hope that things will be prosperous in 2010 for you and your family.
